Earbuds not connecting
I Cannot connect my Mod 180's to your application and I just got them, please help!
Update: thank you for your swift response, I have always had your products and enjoyed using them (for the sound quality and longevity of the batteries). Apps are nice, but I have plenty without, thank you again for your polite email.

It sucks that my smoking buds earbuds don’t work on the app
Doesn’t connect
The app knows it’s close but refuses to connect to it no matter what I try.

PLYR 720 Xbox refuses to connect with this app
Bad connection
Trying to connect my expensive plyr 720 to my phone app should not be this hard failed connection but Bluetooth work and finds it in app but will not connect keeps saying failed connection and support is only available during the week I paid way to much for these headphones to have such a simple issue they sound great and everything but so do much cheaper ones I bought these for the customizable settings that I can’t access
