Earbuds not connecting
I Cannot connect my Mod 180's to your application and I just got them, please help!
Update: thank you for your swift response, I have always had your products and enjoyed using them (for the sound quality and longevity of the batteries). Apps are nice, but I have plenty without, thank you again for your polite email.

It sucks that my smoking buds earbuds don’t work on the app

The app knows it’s close but refuses to connect to it no matter what I try.

Bad connection
Trying to connect my expensive plyr 720 to my phone app should not be this hard failed connection but Bluetooth work and finds it in app but will not connect keeps saying failed connection and support is only available during the week I paid way to much for these headphones to have such a simple issue they sound great and everything but so do much cheaper ones I bought these for the customizable settings that I can’t access

Trash app
Bought a terrain mini speaker, app recognizes that there is a speaker, app will not connect to the speaker. Tried for an hour. App is garbage, will probably return the speaker and go back to JBL. Their sound quality is better anyway and their app actually works.
Never connects consistently
I never write reviews but I have had this app for years trying to use it for my Indy Evos. It says it can pair and the Evos have advanced features you can only access through the app but only if it pairs with the app. I have tried connecting them numerous times only to be met with the message cannot connect. I have put them close to my phone expecting that to help with connection and it doesn’t change a thing. I have uninstalled the app as well as disconnected my Evos numerous times with no more success. I would like to use the advanced features of my Evos but you can only do so if it connects with this useless app. It makes the features utterly useless. It makes no sense as this app has been around for so long but it never pairs with the Evos. You would hope it would have been developed to actually allow the user to use the features that came with the device you bought but it does not. Poorly made app and poorly executed development. If I could rate it a zero I would.

Can’t Connect To Terrain XL 2
It finds the Terrain doesn’t say XL 2 but it won’t connect to the speaker says to move closer and I keep doing that but same results. So can you guys plz do an update to fix that. Thank you
Won’t Connect Dime EVO
I just got new Dime Evo’s which but when I go to add the device, it says I can’t find anything to pair. When I click on the headphones in the app, it tells me that there are no features for my earbuds, despite them being on the list of devices with features.

Can’t connect
I can’t connect to the app with my crusher plyr 720s. I followed the instructions to fix it but you can update the firmware if it’s necessary. It keep saying “failed to connect”
Needs major improvements
Give users the option to change EQ ourselves, would make the app a lot better
DOES NOT SUPPORT CRUSHER PLYR ANYMORE!
All of a sudden the app no longer works with the crusher plyr 720. They connect to Bluetooth and console perfectly, but the app will not. This needs fixing asap.
Speaker Distance not working
Speaker distance feature automatically resets within few seconds of changing. Basically it’s not working. I am using Hesh 540 Anc.

i had my crusher plyr 720’s for like 4 months now and they connected flawlessly to the skullcandy app. it’s been a few days since i last used them, so i pick them up and find out that they don’t connect like they had just forgotten about the app. not sure if it’s my phone or the headphones but it keeps saying that i need to be in close proximity when they are LITERALLY not even more than half a foot away from my phone. was in pairing mode and all, and just wanted to stop

Totally useless app
I tired to pair my skullcandy earbuds and it tells me that there’s nothing for them, can’t even see if I can update them to keep them from having bad connection at low battery levels. So useless if I could rate zero stars I would. Why even have certain products if the app doesn’t work or has nothing for them.

Mod 180
The app is great but the only problem is the mod/mod 180s dont have any additional features that allow it to turn in stuff like stay aware and theatre mode on the app.
Registering my product
I’m new to skull candy and is extremely disappointed with this app. It won’t let me connect my product (DIME EVO) on the phone because it says it doesn’t support it. But then on the list of products I see my headphones on it. It really takes away from my experience cuz I can’t use the noise cancellation. I’ve registered my product yet I still haven’t gotten an email back. I hate that I have to return these especially since they took so long to ship.
