App Connectivity Issues
I saw numerous reviews speaking on in-app connectivity issues with Skullcandy devices, and I initially thought, oh that won’t happen to me I just bought my new Crusher 1080s today. Sure enough, the second time I open the app and times thereafter, no connection to my headphones… I can still listen to music through them and control parameters w the headphones themselves, but I have no access to the custom EQ or other in-app specific features now. Truly hoping Skullcandy will do intensive research into this issue and give their buyers access to the services they’re paying for.

App will not provide firmware update to correct constant connection issues…will not be buying this product again in the future…where are the programmers…

I got the e Hesh 360’s they work great but slid off your head easily and idk about others but the app was making it extremely difficult to connect the app and it was also almost impossible for me to reach customer support and I just gave up they still aren’t connected so imma try and contact again.
Hate this app and my earbuds
I’ve only had the earbuds for a couple months and they are already starting to break. The app is horrible I never even knew about it until recently. Even then I can’t even connect my eatbuds to it and have tried several times. Also uses a stupid ai chat bot instead of real people for support. I’m sick of not being able to get help from a real person and having to use a stupid robot that can’t answer complex questions. How about employ actual people instead of wasting water. Will never buy this product again because it’s a waste of money. Right now my audio in the right ear bud is broke and nothing fixes it. Useless product

Crusher ANC 2’s will not connect
So I bought the Crusher anc 2 and no matter what i do itll show the pulsing bluetooth connecting screen but will not connect or show that my device is nearby. If you have a popular brand the app should atleast work…

My Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my headphones. I have to reconnect to it a couple of times.
Okay but not all devices are supported!?!
It’s a bummer that some of my other devices aren’t supported but I understand. Can you please issue a firmware update for my crusher ANC’s that will auto shut off to save battery. My old headphones had an auto shut off feature that was really helpful. I’ll go to connect some other device and notice that the anc’s have been connected the entire time. Sometimes for days. The battery is phenomenal but I still would like to keep it that way. So please help allow me to facilitate that. Thank you guys. I love your products.

I got my crusher evos, they just won’t connect to the app & I was so excited to customize them in the app and just for them not to work is super irritating. I talked to the little ai and it tells me to do the same thing, and even when I do it, it just won’t connect.
What's Happening?
The Skullcandy IQ app has been removed from the appstoreyes, it was a terrible mess of an app but if you downgraded it was alright. The app experience is horrible on new versions. It's like the product team and app development team don't communicate at all, why am I being asked to pay for AI features? Why would anyone even want to use AI with any of Skullcandies products?
I have some points on how to make your app more enjoyable.
- Less distractions, why are there four tabs? Why is there AI? All I want to do is change my EQ
- Improve the app experience, did no one even test the app? Why is it so laggy? Why does it load the app twice?
- The ability to turn off that annoying voice telling me my own settings that I know I've set every time I turn on my headphones.
If this means making a spinoff app then do it, anything is better then what I'm currently experiencing. I'm sorry if this was harsh but I shouldn't even be needing to say any of this.
If you would like to contact me for more questions then don't, it's not hard to see that there are many problems with the app experience.
