The gps on the app doesn’t work
This app is hot garbage. The gps doesn’t work. It won’t let me clock out even when I am at the clients home. States not close enough
Clunky and difficult to navigate
Buttons underneath the home bar difficult to use. Scrolling the wheel to set the time is tedious and very difficult and too close to the home bar.
Additionally, need error highlights to be easily visible, probably in red would be a good idea with * as appears to be standard practice across the web, to be able to see which tasks need to be set when I have missed an item inadvertently.
Using this app is like light torture and wastes so much time. Please consider how burdensome these government regulations are for our families; a population who do not need extra suffering from poor UI/UX on top of the difficult lives they already have.
Please hire a competent designer.

It’s very finicky and slow and sometimes just doesn’t work. But it isn’t unreliable, at least for me since most time it usually does work.

This is an excellent piece of software to ease the burden of a caregiver by easily activating one's community! Totally recommended if you work for Ankota.
Great app
This app has been a Godsend for me as a caregiver! It makes all my tasks a lot easier, thus giving me more time to do an extra shift or even just to rest a little more.
Recommend
The app is the same in Android and Apple. Before we switched to Ankota they Samsung version was totally different than iPhone and I'm the person who has to get the caregivers connected. It's much easier now. Plus Ankota's support actually answers the phone and helps me.

Such an awesome app! A must have for every caregiver interested in increasing their productivity and looking for ways of being more efficient.
Amazing job
So far, I’ve been able to do everything I need in the app with no support from the office. I like how easy it is to clock in/clock out from the shift and add notes if needed.

I used to use the voice response telephony but now I'm using the app. It's good and I can also see my schedule.

They added a new feature for "Available Shifts" and this is great for me. My main client has 25 hours, but usually I can get at least 10 more hours using the open shifts.

My client literally has no cell service at their home but the app still works for me. I get a message that my information is captured offline, but then within a few minutes of leaving the clients home it updates the office.
Perfect app
We chose this app because it works in the languages or our clients and caregivers (many Korean, Chinese and some Spanish. The rest are English which is the default)
Amazing
Good app. The only thing I don't like is that the tasks take around 8 seconds to load, but otherwise it's really good.
Well app
I like this app. We used to have a different vendor before Ankota and the app hardly ever worked. Ankota's app is solid and I have had no issues. Highly recommended.
Improved Greatly
This app has improved greatly! Easy clock in/out process, fill forms easily, document tasks, and more.
Atrocious
This app just simply does not function. It doesn't fit a phone screen, I keep having to zoom in to fill in blanks, and then when I try to zoom back out I can't. Very glitchy - freezes every few seconds and I have to close out then open the app back up, and the info is gone. Back to square one, and the same thing happens. It took me about 25 minutes to submit one shift. Who thought this was ok to release to the public?!

Terrible
I have to often delete this app because it freezes up and doesn’t give me any options for navigation. Once I reinstall it, which is time-consuming and annoying, I’m able to navigate until the next time it happens.
