Fraud! Beware!
Questa azienda offre biciclette elettriche o monopattini a Siracusa. Sconsiglio vivamente di noleggiare da loro. Mi hanno addebitato in modo fraudolento diversi pass giornalieri senza che questi risultassero mai nell’app. Il contatto indicato sul loro sito non funziona. Ho chiamato più di 20 volte senza mai ricevere una risposta. Dopo una settimana, qualcuno ha risposto su WhatsApp solo per dirmi che non era di sua competenza, ma che avrebbe parlato con chi lo è. Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta da parte di chi ha effettivamente effettuato questi addebiti fraudolenti. L’app è ancora in fase di sviluppo, non funziona correttamente in diversi punti, incluso il contatto e il portafoglio interno, che non mostra nemmeno se si è stati addebitati. Apple dovrebbe rimuovere questa app, perché addebita illegalmente denaro senza fornire alcun servizio.
I believe this is a fraudulent electric bicycle rental company. I rented a bicycle through their App system and never confirmed giving me a day pass. In there, wallet where the day pass should show up it continues to say zero euros. When I then checked my bank account, it had booked eight day passes for a single bicycle. I proceeded to try to contact the company, who lists several WhatsApp telephone numbers on their website but nobody ever picks up. I’ve then proceeded to go to the local store where nobody speaks English and they said they had nothing to do with the app system and would not be able to reimburse me. I emailed the company and sent them WhatsApp messages to which they never replied. Apple should not allow, this company to publicize their app that is not working nor does the company uphold their end of the bargain. Do yourself a favor and go to a local store and rent there and avoid this headache.

Scam
If I could give zero stars, I would have. Absolute scam, scooters don’t work, i tried 3 in the same city on the same street and none of them worked, properly not even moved. But, of course they take your money anyways. I have been to more than 12 countries in Europe, always use scooters and this has been the first time to experience such a scammy service… I should have known better though… since this is Italy.
