Constantly Log out
I need to login with user name and password every second time. Why doesn’t store and save it to allow auto login?
Worst app I’ve ever seen
Downloaded the app and it locked up my iPad. Deleted it and downloaded it again same thing.
1 star is too much!
The annke security system is by far the worst system you can get! And the app is a joke, on iphone app is glitchy, keeps signing you off. And on android, doesnt even work. If you try and contact customer support, you have to wait almost a week before someone contacts you. Their hours are very difficult to work with because they are out of china, and only gives you a 3 hour window to “contact” them!

Dismal
Worked for a week and now it’s dead. All cameras are just displaying the Annke logo and the whole system and app are useless.
Nothing has been touched or fiddled with but it’s just stopped working. Total waste of time.

Great app
I use the app all the time and it works great, if you set it up correctly. It has many useful features in it like recording a live view to your phone for faster playback. The only issues I have is that after a week or so it logs out and you have to log back in to cloud, so you must remember user and password for Annke cloud account. Also the mic option is not available on this app, but It does work on annke vision which is a different app offered by the same company I don’t know why this version lacs that feature. The cloud service sometimes will go down probably due to maintenance but it’s pretty rare maybe once every two or three months but it usually comes back up within an hour.

Useless apps
Totally rubbish...I created an account but unable to access just after a few days since then havent been able to see live view. Customer service useless too.

We can’t figure out how to set up
If you’re not a tech savvy person, this product will be way over your head. We will likely be sending the product back if we have to spend another hour trying to figure out just how to even set it up.
No longer saves configuration
Previous versions of this app saved your user login and P2P cloud configuration but that is no longer the case. You have re-login nearly every time you use the app and then deselect your device from the P2P Cloud configuration screen before you will be able to view your cameras. Very frustrating.

The app has recently started signing out and forgetting password at random. This is on two devices

ANNKE VIEW
I was able to do remote view using cloud P2P. When I manually added device it would only work on the local LAN. But when I used P2P it worked over the WAN!!
Better reviewing options
The app is ok but it would be nice if I could be able to review previous footage faster than x1.
Needs iPad support
This a pretty good app. Biggest drawback is that it doesn’t support iPad. You can barely see the images they are so small and the app can’t be expanded. Unfortunately, there is no other iPad app that seems to work with my Annke device. It’s pretty disappointing to find out I’m limited to my phone.

Great App
This is a great APP. Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I use this app with 3 different Annke systems. I have two at home and my friend has one in her home. I can combine cameras from all 3 systems into one main view. I use ports 8000 and 8001 for my house, plan on getting another system which I’ll use port 8002. My friends system uses port 8000, but since they are different systems the app doesn’t mind. I can zoom in, pan and watch recorded video from all 3 systems. Works on my Wi-Fi or my cellular data if I’m not on Wi-Fi.

Zoom image!!!
Does anybody know since the update how to zoom in live view???? It used to be simple before the update - now I don’t have a clue!!!! The images on live view of all my cameras via my iPhone are fine I just can’t zoom on the footage!!!
App update no good
Since downloading the app update on my mobile it has crashed and can’t get the cameras to work. Had no problems before the download of the update very disappointed!!
