This app is awful it literally never works except when you first add your device then you have to keep deleting and readding it what the heck

App works great can do everything inside of the app that needs to be done
Can add loads of different systems so most bad reviews are probs from people buying cheap systems and not knowing how to set up properly
Got a proper installer to do mine and everythingβs 100%

The worst DVR in the market
I had many DVRS in the past for my business. I normally buy them from Costco but this one I bought online (probably Amazon). It is the worst DVR ever, every week it has some connection issues, it shows that it was disconnected (even though we never disconnected it). We have high speed internet for our business and the internet works exceptionally well because we need that for our pos and for our guests. We have to manual shut it off every now and then and then it would work which we never experienced before with other DVRS.

No Update in 6+ months
The app notifications stopped working with the βGlassβ iOS update despite all notification settings turned on in the app and in my phone settings. Really disappointed that I no longer get alerts sent to my phone.
