The worst DVR in the market
I had many DVRS in the past for my business. I normally buy them from Costco but this one I bought online (probably Amazon). It is the worst DVR ever, every week it has some connection issues, it shows that it was disconnected (even though we never disconnected it). We have high speed internet for our business and the internet works exceptionally well because we need that for our pos and for our guests. We have to manual shut it off every now and then and then it would work which we never experienced before with other DVRS.

No Update in 6+ months
The app notifications stopped working with the “Glass” iOS update despite all notification settings turned on in the app and in my phone settings. Really disappointed that I no longer get alerts sent to my phone.

Sometimes it works mostly it doesn’t. Playback is iffy. If you’re lucky.
NO LONGER WORKS
This app worked for many months. Recently it stopped working and does not recognize my password which is absolutely correct. It does not recognize my email or my phone number. No way to fix it. And customer service will not respond.

Bugs fixation to be done
After installing in my IPhone, after 15 minutes complete battery drained and too much heat dissipated. I immediately uninstalled the app. Later my iPhone working properly. So, request developers to look into this and update me urgently.

Notifications not working with iOS 26
Since updating from iOS 18 to iOS 26 I don't receive notifications anymore.

Works great
I’ve used multiple CCTV apps in the past and they’ve all had annoying issues like pop up ads or cutting off a podcast I was listening to when I opened it but this one does none of that.
Great job and please don’t change a thing. I’m very fickle and can make stars disappear before your very eyes.

После очередного обновления камеры опять перестали подключаться. Мало того что нет возможности смотреть камеры с компа подключенные по p2p, так теперь и с телефона опять не работает
Remote Playback Broken
Live View and Playback is still sometimes glitchy. When app opens, sometimes the live view shows video that’s not current, for example daytime view when it’s night, so it’s showing what the app last was displaying to the user for that camera. This happens with multiple cameras in the multicam view layout. You have to open one of the cameras for the app to update the view. Basically, the app sometimes does not load up the feed but shows a cached local view for some reason. Also, Playback is still glitched where even on local LAN, you scrub the video to get to a point on the time scale and the video doesn’t go there, you have to wait. It’s only gotten worse the more updates that come out from the developer.
Last update to the app has made it impossible to view playback video remotely on the WAN. Why the developers insists on braking the app with every update is beyond me! Very poor codec and CPU utilization for video both on local WiFi and remote WAN because they refuse to utilize proper hardware acceleration under current dev tools.

Worst app
It never works for me! So disappointing coz my child’s daycare uses this one and I’m never able to watch! 0 stars. I will even give a negative star if that was an option.
Works well!
App works well, only thing I would like is a select all in the alarm notification section so I don’t have to spend ages selecting each notification to be able to delete them.
