Your phone system sucks! We went over a week two different times without phones which really helps business! No compensation! Your phone system sucks!

They need to get it together!

I switched to a mobile phone at my business which lowered my bill by $100 but yet after speaking to customer service TWICE, my bill is still the same as it was before!! Why does it take MULTIPLE calls, time out of my day, to update the account??? Is the staff that untrained? Is the staff incapable? It seems that way to me.
