Great idea, terrible execution.
Authentication is incredibly slow and glitchy.

Reliability
I have had issues with connectivity almost EVERY DAY for the last 3 weeks. This is absurd and ridiculous. You are supposed to be RELIABLE. I cannot work without service.

Don’t get caught up in it they will suck you dry and when you wanna change Carriers, they make it the most difficult thing you’ve ever tried to do my business they were charging me $438 for a phone and a modem. there’s no one to talk to they give you the business. Service phone number and no one answers the phone. If you go to the store plan on taking the whole day off, I went there twice in the last couple of months. And first of all, they can’t help me you have to talk to a business person and they don’t store they give you a card with a number and say call this number on there. They never answers the call. Worst customer service. I have ever encountered in my life and I’m old. He will suck you dry.

My service cuts out all the time and I have set up in their system for them to contact me when the bill is due yet I get contacted when it’s past due. So they can charge me a late fee. I’m not paying the late fee. There service is never consistent

I switched to a mobile phone at my business which lowered my bill by $100 but yet after speaking to customer service TWICE, my bill is still the same as it was before!! Why does it take MULTIPLE calls, time out of my day, to update the account??? Is the staff that untrained? Is the staff incapable? It seems that way to me.

Over Priced With Little To No Value Added
Comcast charging employers to have their employees use a phone app on the employee’s own cellphones. If this is the product then the services should be cheap and seemless, yet this is not the cause. The app is not great, and there’s so many checkboxes that need to be selected correctly in order for calls to come through properly. I don’t recommend any businesses switch to this service.

Rip offs
Constantly raising the bill, bad service, they used to have good customer service but that’s horrible too now. The kicker was trying to negotiate a better price for three days only to have to cancel and go with a different service, then for three days they called me trying to give me a better deal after switching companies… They must think I’m a sucker. Ohh yeah one final detail they told me they’d mail me a $200 dollar prepaid Visa card when I signed up, that was a lie.

Never have internet
Got comcast for my business. Always experience shortages or lost connection. The POS system can’t even run. Clients can’t check in or check out. Very frustrating.

When payment is late expect throttling of internet speed.

We have been dealing with this Mickey Mouse establishment for five years having to come through hoops to keep our feel reasonable and we just got tired of it and we were able to get a better service for half the price
