Randomly deletes everything in your cart
Usually fine but sometimes it decides to randomly delete your $20,000 order right when you go to the cart when you’re ready to submit it. Annoying af.
Uninstall and reinstall
This app does not work. I do not understand how so many people have given it high reviews. Multiple times it doesn’t load at all. You open the app it just sits on the blue screen with the Sysco logo doing nothing. You uninstall it and reinstall and it works fine. This app needs firmware updates or something. The navigation inside of the app is also lacking in its functionality. You shouldn’t have to struggle to do certain processes like claiming a short item or a mis-pick. I’m sticking to the desktop version. At least there it loads and signs in. Unfortunately that also lacks common sense user friendliness. Whole system needs an update on user usability!

Worst company to ever deal with high prices app orders wrong items by itself management denys, worst people to deal with they only love their money not customers
App no longer loads
I have used this app successfully for years, but the most recent update has made it not work. When I open the app, the blue loading screen appears, but it goes no further. The app stays on the screen and will take me nowhere else. As a result, I can’t place orders for my restaurant using the app. Last night, I left my phone running with the blue screen on it to see how long it might take an hours later it was still sitting on the blue screen. Nothing I have done changes it so clearly something in the most recent update has screwed it up. I have an iPhone 14 and my iOS is 26.5 so I am current enough that I shouldn’t have a problem.
