Useless
When they changed from Sysco delivery to Sysco shop it went totally downhill. It doesn’t let you know when the truck is coming u til it’s on its way and I can hardly track the truck since it’s the same color as background. Now, I also cannot find invoices on the app either. It’s about useless. Thankfully my rep helps when they can but they don’t always have that info either. Change this app or go back to the old one. It was much better!

Duplicated Order/Deleted Item
Been using the app since it’s kinda handy on phone, but during ordering, items were nowhere to be found so have to redo it only to have it duplicated when received, email confirmation says otherwise. Sales rep/support seems not accepting the fact that the app indeed has some issues.
It’s 2026, apps should be easy
Logging in is a pain. “Sysco Suggestions” always popping up on order guides causing ordering errors if you’re not extremely careful. Truck tracking never works.

Get back to basics
App use to be great! Now they have added so many useless functions that the main function of the app is very clunky. Searching products is very hard and have worked for this company for 14 years. Can’t imagine how customers feel
