Terrible
Way too many sign in screens , always down at times terrible interface , time for a update Sysco get with the times
No prices and poor user experience
This app seriously needs to be redesigned.
Update
Las update makes ordering and finding the right products sufferable.
Useless
When they changed from Sysco delivery to Sysco shop it went totally downhill. It doesn’t let you know when the truck is coming u til it’s on its way and I can hardly track the truck since it’s the same color as background. Now, I also cannot find invoices on the app either. It’s about useless. Thankfully my rep helps when they can but they don’t always have that info either. Change this app or go back to the old one. It was much better!

Duplicated Order/Deleted Item
Been using the app since it’s kinda handy on phone, but during ordering, items were nowhere to be found so have to redo it only to have it duplicated when received, email confirmation says otherwise. Sales rep/support seems not accepting the fact that the app indeed has some issues.
It’s 2026, apps should be easy
Logging in is a pain. “Sysco Suggestions” always popping up on order guides causing ordering errors if you’re not extremely careful. Truck tracking never works.
Do better Sysco.
Do better Sysco.
Get back to basics
App use to be great! Now they have added so many useless functions that the main function of the app is very clunky. Searching products is very hard and have worked for this company for 14 years. Can’t imagine how customers feel
Awful!
Worst software program I’ve ever worked with.☹️
Deletes your items
This app sucks and deletes food off of your order
Waste
App is a total waste of customer time.
Zero stars
Why even have an app if it’s not ready. Gave 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars
Useless with new updates How pathetic can you be??
Worst app ever
Randomly deletes everything in your cart
Usually fine but sometimes it decides to randomly delete your $20,000 order right when you go to the cart when you’re ready to submit it. Annoying af.
Uninstall and reinstall
This app does not work. I do not understand how so many people have given it high reviews. Multiple times it doesn’t load at all. You open the app it just sits on the blue screen with the Sysco logo doing nothing. You uninstall it and reinstall and it works fine. This app needs firmware updates or something. The navigation inside of the app is also lacking in its functionality. You shouldn’t have to struggle to do certain processes like claiming a short item or a mis-pick. I’m sticking to the desktop version. At least there it loads and signs in. Unfortunately that also lacks common sense user friendliness. Whole system needs an update on user usability!

Worst company to ever deal with high prices app orders wrong items by itself management denys, worst people to deal with they only love their money not customers
App no longer loads
I have used this app successfully for years, but the most recent update has made it not work. When I open the app, the blue loading screen appears, but it goes no further. The app stays on the screen and will take me nowhere else. As a result, I can’t place orders for my restaurant using the app. Last night, I left my phone running with the blue screen on it to see how long it might take an hours later it was still sitting on the blue screen. Nothing I have done changes it so clearly something in the most recent update has screwed it up. I have an iPhone 14 and my iOS is 26.5 so I am current enough that I shouldn’t have a problem.

Application always have problems
When ever open this application its not working and we can’t able to add products.
Error
I keep getting a error message everytime I try to sign in. I can add my payment information but not sign in to shop is crazy.
This app sucks
It constantly signs you out even when you click on keep me signed in for 60 days and remember this device. I have all my login info saved and it still gives me an error when trying to sign in. I’m pretty much locked out of my account.
Full of bugs and rarely works
I have been using this app for over a year and it is frequently bugged. Buttons to order items are invisible or simply don’t exist, shopping cart loads as empty after filling it. Constant re-installs do not fix the problem. Problems seem to exist on phone app, tablet app and laptop. I’ve brought these issues up with my Sysco rep and unfortunately they have been of little help.
