BEWARE Easily misleading
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other small business owners can make an informed decision.
I received a call from a Yelp business representative offering what was presented to me as a $350 advertising credit. During a very busy morning while serving clients, I understood this to be a promotional opportunity with little or no financial risk. Based on that conversation, I agreed to give it a try.
Unfortunately, I later discovered significant charges on my credit card that I was not expecting. Looking back, I wish I had slowed down and reviewed every term before agreeing, but I also believe the way the offer was presented was confusing and did not clearly communicate the financial commitment.
As a small business owner, unexpected charges like these can have a real impact. My experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I am currently working with Yelp to resolve the issue and hope they will do the right thing.
My advice to any business owner is simple: read every agreement carefully, ask detailed questions, and don’t rely solely on a sales representative’s explanation of the offer. Make sure you fully understand what you’re authorizing before agreeing to anything.

Terrible!!!
I have many clients that have tried to post amazing reviews and they are taken down because they are fake! These are all from clients that have used my services and I’ve tried to recommend me to future clients, but cannot because Yelp’s algorithm is messed up. When I tried to help Customer Service that was rude and not helpful. They call me all the time to make sure that I am available, but when I actually tried to use their service. To boost my revenue they post my reviews. Just because I’m doing a good job. Do not recommend!!!! Worst app!!! Terrible customer service!!! if I could get less than one star I would
