Easy to use
Great but not
I love this app when it’s working properly. Most of the time it won’t let load the app and to many updates. But no issues on the computer
Rough start
It was very challenging to get the hang of. There are many common functions that are different for when working in different areas so it can be very difficult to do simple tasks, like deleting an event vs how you delete a job. So this can be very frustrating at times. But the AI assistant for support is great and often very fast. Support is good too. They also didn’t cancel a feature at the time I cancelled it, and never refunded the extra subscription I paid for. But in spite of all this I know love the program overall and my business is more profitable now with it and I have more time for other things, like work on company growth. I highly the app but I would warn you it’s not going to be a roast start, but in time it will become an essential business tool.

Absolute terrible support
They have a phone support. Called them two times regarding the same issue. Non of two people knew anything about their own policies and Housecall’s programs. I also spent two days with their email support. And they are using human names for AI bots…or humans just copy and paste ridiculous responses.
