Great when its works
This is a useful and user friendly app when it works, can be frustrating when it doesn't. If the app worked 24/7 365 days a year then i would rate this as a 5 star app.

App sucks can’t even connect. Tried resetting password and email and never received an email
Long load time
I’d give this app multiple one star ratings if possible. If you have a weak signal or no signal it’ll log you out or loads very slowly. Whoever at field piece thought making an Internet connection an integral part of a Bluetooth app should find another job. My next set of gauges will not be field piece.

App stinks
There is no reason to even log into this app! It should not require Internet to work. Then they haunt you with promotional emails.
Login issues
I can’t log in. Tried changing the password and still doesn’t work. Tried creating another account but can’t because the account that supposedly doesn’t exist is taking up my email. So it’s a huge waist of time on the job. Can’t get ahold of tech support since the phone line is always busy. And thanks to their stupidity the tools are completely useless without the app so if you want to be as unprofessional and inefficient as possible this is a solution.
