Login issues
I can’t log in. Tried changing the password and still doesn’t work. Tried creating another account but can’t because the account that supposedly doesn’t exist is taking up my email. So it’s a huge waist of time on the job. Can’t get ahold of tech support since the phone line is always busy. And thanks to their stupidity the tools are completely useless without the app so if you want to be as unprofessional and inefficient as possible this is a solution.

Must create an account??
I haven’t even used the app yet, but I am completely disgusted by this. You literally have to create an account in order to use the product you just spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on. No, I don’t want to give you my information and I certainly don’t want you sending me anything.
Unreliable
Great when it works. Definitely don’t get rid of analog, because occasionally the app doesn’t work, or worse, takes your probes hostage in the middle of a project.
I’ve had stuff stop working because it needs an update. “It takes 5 minutes”. My experience is 20 min to it taking hours. Currently trying to update band new probes and they won’t take an update. Downloads until it dies. I left one to update overnight with new batteries and phone on charger. Woke up, still downloading. And yes I followed listed procedures for the blue etc.

Stupid
Just spent $800 on probs and css as my get the app to let me register. What a joke.
Glitchy mess
The actual interface for this app is great. It’s very simple. It’s easy to use when the app actually functions as it should. If you leave the app and go to your home screen or lock your phone or anything along those lines, you have to close out of the app and reopen it to get it to reconnect to your tools which is frustrating, especially when you don’t have the best Internet connection as the app also has issues loading when you have low signal, this app could be very good if the couple of bugs will work out, but they make using the Job Link tools frustrating.

Always a issue of some kind
App is a pos. Logs you off and then when you don’t have phone service you can use you tools because app wants you to log in
Garbage
Account creation is required to use the app. I need to create an account…..just to view pressure and temperature data. Of course they use the information to send promotional material. Can’t get any work done out here without having 20 different apps and logins. Make it stop!
Thousands in tools broke with no internet
Completely useless if you don’t have an internet connection wasting thousands of dollars in tools and time. Old company like field piece should have fixed this by now. Garbage.

Sometimes it works great, sometimes it won’t load
Firmware updates
They never seem to work. Waste a lot of time following the steps and the tool is useless because the updates do not work.

Without an Internet connection and your phone or tablet is away from the tools for too long, you go to next job, it forces you to log back in and it must have Internet connection. Sometimes in rural areas with no Internet connection or in city and the internet connection is down, guess what? no tools working! that sucks.

It’s okay
I’ve got an iPhone 16 pro max and the app is updated. It still has bugs and errors that cause it to crash or not allow you to get to the diagnostic screens to use your tools. The app seems like it’s been neglected. They really need to keep updating it regularly.

just so it happens, we work in the remote areas where there is no Internet. And when you open this app, all of a sudden it wants you to login into your account. again without Internet it is completely useless.
why do I need to be logged in? why password has to be that complicated?
Is it the matter of national security? When I started using this app, it only required numbers now it needs special characters letters, and numbers why? I’ll tell you why because you are fishing for people's passwords. Someone can make a mistake and enter already used password in your system. And expose their identity.

Very inconsistent
The app always logs me out and drops the Bluetooth connection to the gauges.
Update failure
Already update every single probe but app won’t let me use them and still shows that I need to update them all this is frustrating.

Tried to make a account twice , when I use app , I’m given wrong credentials twice.
App doesn’t work
If your app doesn’t work. Your tools don’t work. Not very reliable in my opinion. 30+ years in the industry.
Never Stays Logged In
So recently they updated their app and now every single time you open or close the thing it logs you out. Used to be able to still use the app in areas with no service but not anymore because when it force logs you out you get a black screen of death when you try to get back into the app.
