Poor service, terrible tech support

Bought the app and it’s very costly per month for a small businesss. once you get to a higher number of projects they reduce features and tell you that you need to pay more. Now the service has been down a week and I can’t assign my team to tasks, even if I upgrade to premium, tech support doesn’t take it serious and now I’ve got all
My projects in this app and I still have to assign my team through text messages while I pay $220 a month. I feel like I’ve been lied to. And just get to talk to AI bots now.
