Subscription
Signed up for a trial subscription and got billed for four months. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt on my correspondence with them. Product is for the small one man contractor, not for large companies.
Incomplete
When I run an estimate for multiple jobs at one site it leaves off certain projects. I’ll add them and when I generate the estimate it drops other projects. Frustrating
Unauthorized subscription renewal
Wanted to try the app since I have another one to see if it was better but didn’t work for me and canceled the subscription but yet I was charged anyways, hate when companies do that where you cancel and they still charge you hoping you won’t notice until months later I reported the unauthorized charge to my card hopefully I get I refund if I ever switch from the app I’m currently using I’m definitely not coming back to use this one.
