Needing updates
The app is really good with the use of Ai but where I have a problem is that you can’t add or customize your final look of your estimate. You can’t add log or colors to name a few. Also not able to have a default rate for some trades.

Here’s the real…I’ve downloaded a BUNCH of worthless apps, I paid for, and continue to do so… with no return whatsoever. this app is was not that for me. This app includes all the things u “don’t think about “as a contractor, in your quotes. If u get TOO busy to keep up with your estimates, Let this app do the heavy lifting. Give a general description of the job to be done with measurements ; a picture helps. Turns the above stated information into a very detailed, and ACCURATE estimate plus an AI generated rendering that got me to nearly
45% close rate. AND that = more $$. I rely heavily on g**gle ratings in my line of work. And this is the first time I’ve been impressed enough by a product I bought to leave a review myself 🤔

Please make sure to double check the math ive had a few jobs over bid on materials and a few under bud this isn’t a perfect app but it makes it easier to give an estimate

Saves a ton of time and work
Not a single complaint, taxes are accurate, material aggregates are within 5 percent (Home Depot vs say a dedicated lumber supplier). The invoicing feature is a learning curve and its yet to be determined once tax season gets here if the ease of transferring paid estimates is smooth. Customer service dialogue is assuring and consistent. The render function works best when you take spanned out photos. Honestly would have to knitpick to find an issue. I literally just realized there was a desktop version I may play around with one day but the app is basically all you need.

I was able to download an app that collects data, calculates material cost,man hours for the project and all in all a well detailed report that I can send the customers and feel relief that they understand every dollar because I know if someone was charging me I would want the same.
