Payment issues and bugs
Whenever it’s time to pay off the balance owed to continue using the app, it sometimes glitches out saying there is no card on file when there clearly is, if there is money on that card it declines it, sometimes when selecting a different card it thinks your trying to use the other default card. I have to keep closing the app in order to fix these issues. Sometimes it doesn’t fix. You just get a message saying it’s their fault etc. just trynna pay and proceed on the app…

Got charged for direct leads without knowing
I got charged for over $100 for “direct leads” without knowing how it works. None of the leads I would have accepted. This is ridiculous.
Poor service and over saturated
The support and lead price has gone up extremely high, communicating with the customer directly Has changed, the leads are now saturated and the refund policies Are extremely unfair. Thumbtack was great and no longer has a value to to the small business owner we will think twice before using this service again after years of being part of the Thumbtack

I’m very disappointed with Thumbtack. You charge me for leads that turn out to be empty or not real opportunities. On top of that, I’ve been charged even when I marked myself as unavailable and closed my calendar. If I’m unavailable, I should not receive leads or be charged for them. This is unfair, and I’d like these charges to be reviewed and refunded.
