They delete your bad reviews
Be careful! There are many glitches in the app that take away your features you’ve paid for so you can’t use them at the time. You are told to force close and open until the app recognizes your account. Rather than fix the issue, that’s how they handle it. I GUARANTEE during those glitches is when you are signed up for a second subscription that does not show on the App Store because it is that, a glitch. Watch your charges! They will charge you for two subscriptions and say they can’t help you because it’s been billed through Apple. Apple didn’t even take 12 hours to determine I was owed a refund.

We can confirm that you had subscriptions to two of our apps, but not all of them. Each app requires its own individual subscription, as we do not offer bundled packages at this time. Since your billing was set up through the App Store, it is subject to Apple’s terms and policies, which are outside of our control. That said, we're glad to hear your issue was successfully resolved and appreciate the opportunity to support you. We kindly ask that you refrain from leaving negative reviews for apps you haven't used.
