App is Great Randomly Stop Tracking

The app is very convenient and I love the fact that I can track my mileage. However, the things they need to fix is sometime it randomly stop tracking my location and the important trips that I do. And when it stopped tracking your location, you have to be thinking about it. If not, you will just be missing out on your important trips for weeks at a time.

Best mileage tracker out there!

This mileage tracker app is everything I needed. It’s accurate, easy to use, and makes logging trips effortless. What really sets it apart is the developer’s commitment to users! Every suggestion I’ve made has been taken seriously and often shows up in an update within weeks. It’s rare to feel that heard with an app. I’ve also used their other apps, and they’re just as impressive. Definitely worth exploring the full suite!

They delete your bad reviews

I posted a negative review regarding their double payments they take from their customers and claim you have two active subscriptions but you only have one subscription with Apple. I confirmed that with Apple as well that is why I was issued a refund for SimplyWise taking TWO PAYMENTS in one month.
Be careful! There are many glitches in the app that take away your features you’ve paid for so you can’t use them at the time. You are told to force close and open until the app recognizes your account. Rather than fix the issue, that’s how they handle it. I GUARANTEE during those glitches is when you are signed up for a second subscription that does not show on the App Store because it is that, a glitch. Watch your charges! They will charge you for two subscriptions and say they can’t help you because it’s been billed through Apple. Apple didn’t even take 12 hours to determine I was owed a refund.

We can confirm that you had subscriptions to two of our apps, but not all of them. Each app requires its own individual subscription, as we do not offer bundled packages at this time. Since your billing was set up through the App Store, it is subject to Apple’s terms and policies, which are outside of our control. Beware of paying for two subscriptions

I was paying for the pro account, $32 and some change with tax per month. I logged into my account one day and it said that I no longer had a pro service plan and my “10 free estimates” were out. I was looking in my settings and clicked subscribe again to see what happened but it took me to the App Store showing my original subscription. I had to email support to find out why even after all of that, I still didn’t have a pro account. They said it’s a known glitch and that I “just need to keep closing and opening the app until it registers your subscription.” I guess that’s easier than just fixing the glitch, right? Fast forward to a couple weeks later and I’m being billed an additional subscription fee on 7/3 even though my current subscription renewed on 7/23. I emailed support again and was told I had two active subscriptions and to go into my App Store to cancel one. I have screenshots of only one active subscription. So I disputed the EXTRA charge with Apple. SimplyWise then disabled my account that I paid for until 7/23 so I had to sign up for a FREE TRIAL in order to download all of my documents. I cancelled my free trial same day 7/4 so I wouldn’t be charged a subscription fee. I haven’t used the app other than to download the estimates I have sent my customers. I was just CHARGED A SUBSCRIPTION FEE ON 7/8 DURING MY FREE TRIAL AND NOW MY APP STORE SAYS MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED AND ENDS ON 8/5.

I will dispute it again with Apple, however, buyer beware.

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

This blows MileIQ out of the water

I drive quite a bit for my business, and I live in the country and often have to take back roads, and it is very hard to get a mileage app to track that accurately. In addition, I tend to make multiple stops for different aspects of the business at one time, and mileIQ keeps saving it as segments, instead of a round-trip, and that is incredibly frustrating. I have manually merge the trips, and that’s exhausting. I really like how this app stores it as a round-trip and then gives you the option to split it. So far, it has tracked all the trips perfectly accurately. I hope I won’t be disappointed!

Seems like they are working on some bugs but they are fabulous to work with! The support team reached out very quickly and were extremely communicative on how to resolve the issues I was running into. The app has been working great for me since!

Keeps freezing
