I’m still figuring it out, but I do love this app!

I decided I wasn’t using the app the way it was attended to be . You can’t call or talk to anyone which is frustrating. I canceled through email . They never shut off the account and keep charging. Not exactly a professional thing to do.

AI won’t leave me alone
This was a valuable tool to me until Finnley/Jordan started communicating with me. This is why I won’t bring AI into my company customer facing at least. I have enjoyed this product for. Nearly 3 years and now I am considering canceling it. Because a real human being will not communicate with me.
Going downhill
We have used this app for over 6 years and it has steadily got worse. Incredibly frustrating that there is spell check when inputting someone’s name. It changes is automatically and you have to go back and correct it. The pictures are constantly oriented incorrectly. No matter how the phone is held the pictures will randomly be 90 deg or 180 deg off. We only use it in our shop and have multiple devices logged into the account. It is constantly logging people out. Just had a price increase and no increase in product quality. Was hoping for more from this app.

A bit clunky
Things that should be intuitive just aren’t there. Some things do not work at all. It works, just not anywhere near as smoothly as other apps.

App is buggy
Constant issues with UI lag, forcing restarts and broken camera shutter button. Absolutely no reply after contacting their support over a year ago. I will just keep using the default camera app. Company cam needs to Improve QOL and stomp out these bugs that have never been fixed .

Super slow n glitchy will act ok maybe a day rest of the time it’s causing me to re enter all info 2-3 times.

This is helped our business growth to the next level. We do several Insurance claims all we have to do is send them the link after the customer wants something done. I don’t remember how it was before we can send them the link. This is one of the best chores that we have
