This app keeps crashing on me constantly doesn’t save all my pictures that I take and doesn’t quite get all the notes that I take. I might quit my job because this app is so bad honestly and I felt like I was much better before we started using this app

Heats Phone up and drains battery
This application causes phones to heat up to extreme temperatures. iPhone prompts to cool down. I’ve been using this application for over a year and this issue has gotten worse. It prevents the user from working efficiently. I wish I could settle for the workaround of uploading images at a later time. That defeats the purpose of this application and paid service.

Best App for Field to Office Communication
This is the best app for keeping the field & office in sync. They are also great with adding new features that actually benefit the user on a regular basis.
Just the best
Simply the best project management app we’ve ever used. Best places to store all project photos, videos, notes & info all in one place. Can’t tell you how many times it’s saved our tails having a hub of before & after photos we can use to support our findings (especially if it’s damage related). Great resource to revisit for job costing, training, etc. (upload times are a little long at times, but better if you take the footage in the app). Overall can hardly complain with how great this app is for most everything.

CompanyCam has become one of the core tools we use to manage our projects from the first site visit through final completion.
What started as a way to organize photos has evolved into a complete project documentation system. Every member of the crew can capture photos in the field, and everything is automatically organized by project and timeline. That has virtually eliminated the endless searching through camera rolls or trying to remember who took a particular photo.
For estimating, CompanyCam gives us a reliable visual record of existing conditions that we can reference long after leaving the site. During construction, it provides a clear day-by-day history of progress, making it easy to communicate with homeowners, supervisors, subcontractors, and office staff. When questions come up weeks or months later, we can quickly pull up the exact stage of construction and see what was there before walls were closed up or finishes were installed.
One of the biggest advantages has been accountability. Daily documentation has improved communication within our crews, reduced misunderstandings, and given us defensible records when discussing change orders, warranty concerns, or unexpected site conditions. It has become much easier to demonstrate the work that was performed and the reasons behind decisions made in the field.
The checklist and task features have also helped standardize our processes. We use them to build repeatable workflows for inspections, quality control, project closeout, and specialty scopes. Having those procedures documented keeps projects more consistent regardless of which crew members are on site.
As someone who manages exterior renovation projects, I also appreciate how quickly I can build homeowner reports using CompanyCam photos. The visual documentation makes reports more transparent and helps clients understand exactly what was found, what was repaired, and why.

Bought the app and it’s very costly per month for a small businesss. once you get to a higher number of projects they reduce features and tell you that you need to pay more. Now the service has been down a week and I can’t assign my team to tasks, even if I upgrade to premium, tech support doesn’t take it serious and now I’ve got all
