Barley functional at the most basic level
I have had this app for years now and each year it got worse and worse until this year. The app essentially doesn’t function, cameras won’t load or cut out and the app frequently can’t connect to the system at all. Don’t rely on this app at all because if you need to view the cameras it will take 5-7 business days just to get a glimpse out of one before it fails.

Notification issues
Notifications come on the phone but if I don’t look at it then later in the day I check the notifications are missing , it like the app deletes the notifications. Example I know there should be notifications from 6.30am until 4.30pm
When I check them at 6pm the first notification will be at 11.20am onwards so where are the other notifications

Needs an update
We are unable to go back and have a look at what’s happened previously… something about data? we are on WiFi

Connection issues
The app never connects with the actual system and they do not have a customer service department t to speak with
