Add Playback Download /button/ option and add more view for 24 ch in one screen
Please Add Playback Download /button/ option
So it can be easy to download playback and wont need to screen record past recordings.
And please make it compatible to view all 24 ch at once not only 16 ch on one screen.

remote playback not working
Now for unknown reason , remote playback not working anymore .

Exceptional cctv app
This does everything you need it too. I have 4 locations and can view them all at the same time on a 4x4 grid. It has a scrub to search history and a lot of customization settings. After experiencing a really terrible night owl system from Sam’s Club, this thing is awesome. Highly recommend it!
Buggy
Can’t load hd video for more than 10 seconds. Wish it would buffer better. Also audio works and then doesn’t work. Depends on the day.
Lost iPhone and iPad access
Hi, recently I lost access to my surveillance system from my phone but the iPad continued to work normally, then the iPad lost access too while I was looking the settings to try to replicate on the iPhone. If I go to a regular PC using the ip address I can get access to the system which seems to be working normally. Can you advise ?

Changed Internet provide
Since I changed internet provider I can no longer use the app and there’s no way of fixing this and I can’t get in contact with the company Digisecure no one answers the phone

Please add a deleted folder
Can you please add a deleted folder to the Files? I deleted a video I thought I didn’t need, and ends up I did need it. I can’t restore the video and can’t go back and re-record the footage. Thank you

I’ve noticed recently that the maximum no. of notifications is 30. Is there a reason that the cameras stop recording at 30? They never used to.

So far, this is one of the best security systems I’ve ever had! Excellent clarity and very few glitches. Thanks to the staff and my ability to call them to help, they have made my experience owning this system. Excellent!
Too many issues
I manage condo communities for a living and two of them have surveillance cameras with this app. It rarely works when I need it and is constantly having issues.
There is some sort of issue almost every time I try to use the app. Either one property or the other will randomly disappear from the app, the footage either won’t load, or cameras won’t be available. I have had to contact the maintenance vendor over and over for help and the issue is almost always the app, not the surveillance systems.
One time I was contacted by law enforcement with a request for footage and it took almost the entire day to retrieve it because the playback feature wouldn’t load. I am trying to check footage for another issue as we speak and am running into even more issues. I keep waiting and waiting for the playback footage to load and it won’t, then it keeps switching over to the other property’s cameras randomly.
When I am able to access the footage it is really difficult to get to the time frame I need to see - you have to drag the time bar back and forth and it always lands on a time that’s either much too early or too late. I then have to sit through a ton of unnecessary footage and keep my eyes glued to the screen so I don’t miss the short time frame I need to see, otherwise I have to start that process all over again.
There are some positives- picture is clear, and it’s easy to save clips of the footage whenever I finally get to that point. Overall, the app is really frustrating to use and makes my job harder than it needs to be.
