I couldn’t be happier with the functionality of this app, everything works so smoothly. Everything I need is right in front of me. The playback and the analytics work phenomenally and the in-depth attribute searching is a huge plus. I never had an issue before but when I messed something up, InVid Tech Support was right there to fix it in no time.

Very easy and simplistic to use!
The app is very user friendly and easy to use. The app hasn’t really caused me any issues as of now. The playback functionality has saved me a couple of times!
Smooth and Easy
I like how the app feels just like using the NVR. It runs smoothly even in remote areas and gives me peace of mind knowing I can pull up my cameras whenever I need to. It’s definitely one of the better CMS platforms I’ve worked with.
Clunky but functional
Had I known when I purchased my camera setup from my alarm.com installer this would be the only way to operate/control/monitor those cameras….I likely would have shopped elsewhere. The app is functional in that you can view live and recorded footage from the cameras. But simple features like a “pause” button to pause recording while hosting a patio dinner? Nope. View alarms? Yes, but it’s like 6 button presses in incredibly obtuse menus to view them. Want to setup alarm zones on a camera or screen off certain recording zones? You can but you’ll need to dig into technical docs found elsewhere on the web to do this. Literally the most user unfriendly app I’ve ever used. Crazy, overly complex and seems to have been designed for installers, not end users. It is what it is….just know what you are getting if this is part of your home camera monitoring solution.
