Bugs plenty of them sometime the app acts like it doesn’t have data when browsers and YouTube is still working fine and then sometimes the entire customer category is gone you log out login doesn’t fix it. You have to delete it and then reinstall it and they’re doing that just to get extra downloads just ridiculous.

Also testers if they are any should be let go as well.
As a Person with over 40 professions under belt ,
Plc's by Siemens, penetration testing, automatisation engineering and many many more.
I could advise as currently I play with alarms systems and alarm.com
Is not the worst but so much improvement can be achieved if coder writers understood what’s needed and project managers could explain and lead the market . By making alarm.com most popular alarm system but they missing so many gigantic opportunities.

You guys need to update this app already! There are tons of bugs!!
