Don’t update to 3.2.3 if you haven’t already

I was not experiencing any issues with the app, but kept getting the update message when I opened it, so I went ahead and updated it to 3.2.3. Immediately I noticed that when you click on a specific camera, the footage is not streaming anymore but now it’s as if it takes a screenshot every 2 to 3 seconds and shows you that. The second big issue that I have with the update is half of the cameras don’t end up pulling any video (or screen shot now) upon loading all the thumbnails. Really bad update and I’m going to have to see if I can go back to the previous update somehow. Almost unusable.

Easy to use, nice features

It’s great that you can share video. Super easy to search for video.

CNC

I gave it 2 stars because when it works (about 30% of the time), I’m able to view and zoom in on the camera image. Unfortunately, most of the time it does not work at all.

We were told the phone/web version was problematic, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. We’ve had the system for a little over a year, and it feels like the app is getting worse, not better.

I’ve been trying all day to access my cameras and the app won’t load. Amateur system at best.

Works 50%

This app is great when it works. Problem is it actually loading

Buggy and worthless

App on iPhone and iPad currently don’t work. Even when it worked, was very buggy. Forces me to use web but even that isn’t very good.
