Can’t apply settings
Upon trying to change reader configuration I keep getting errors and it won’t change any settings. Customer angry and lots of time wasted trying to get configuration changes to no avail.
Crashes on close
It crashes on close then will never open again. Have to delete and reinstall the. Just crashes and won’t open again.
Does not work with iOS 26
Opens to white screen and stays there on iOS 26.
Major Bug
If you don’t close the reader and sign out of the app, it will crash everything. I’ve instinctively swiped up a couple times and the only resolution is to delete the app, delete my key, download the app and reissue a key. Signing back in without that process doesn’t issue the key back.
Please fix it
Just had to send technician home from a site 2 hours away from this app failing over and over. Tech support was useless. They say “we are aware of an issue” and that is all we get. Tried to rate less than 1 star.
