Mobile sucks

This system used to be wonderful but within the last 6 months it has gone down hill drastically. Cameras take forever to open if they ever decide to otherwise they sit and spin. Absolutely useless

Getting worse

App was great when we first got years ago but now it does not want to load and seems to have major glitches. Select a time to look at it and it stays time it is currently. Constantly having black screen instead of my camera view. Getting overly frustrating

Ugh got a video from a FOI request. Video is completely worthless unless you have windows.
in todays day and age how do you not have a player for iPhone, iPad, Mac. Maybe I can record it on my phone so I can play it back. Complete Trash!
