Deletes my “favorites” every time I log in. What’s the point of adding doors to my “favorites” tab if they delete every time

Next to Worthless

Ugh got a video from a FOI request. Video is completely worthless unless you have windows.
in todays day and age how do you not have a player for iPhone, iPad, Mac. Maybe I can record it on my phone so I can play it back. Complete Trash!

I Phone 15

Can’t get this to work. I signed in and see my favorites on first page. When i try and go to Area View it freezes. I have the latest ISO and deleted and reinstalled the App.

Version 24.9.0 doesn’t work?

I am able to log in, but as soon as I try to navigate to a device via Area View, the app freezes.

Cant connect

Yesterdays version showed was “conflict”, todays cant even connect to server.

Older version on other device works fine.

Update not working

Great app to use for our large estate. But new update doesn’t work. Our tech has been in touch with you, said problem was solved?? Waiting for apple to upload fix. This was 2 days ago and nothing. You sold be able to send fix to individuals. So we don’t have to wait!!!

Latest version

Latest update doesn’t recognise existing camera set up. Same problem whether on iPhone or iPad. Please correct asap. Many thanks

Crashing issue

App recently started crashing after log in, app is unusable.

Crops 16x9 video to 4x3

9 out of 10 times it displays 16x9 video streams in a cropped 4x3. Reopening the app multiple times it will eventually display it correctly. 5.9 server and seeing it happen on over 100 iOS devices.

Keeps Freezing Live Video

Every time I log on I get live footage but then the camera freezes. I spoke with the vendor and he’s telling me it’s working fine on his IPhone. I just got a new IPhone SE and my old IPhone 7 was doing the same thing. I really wish it worked like it should. So frustrating! The app is updated to the latest version.

Needs work

Decent app, the legacy PTZ screen controls where much better. The zoom function for ptz doesn’t work on my phone or any of my co workers phones. We all have iPhones with iOS 14.

Door Activity

This app is very useful and easy to use. It would be nice to be able to view door activity, though.

Decent

It gets the job done, but not efficiently. Wish I could login with TouchID. Wish door unlock was faster on iPhone. Wish door override wasn’t so complex a process.

iPad Support?

Bring back iPad support as others have suggested. The app is headed in the right direction but needs iPad support as the legacy app had for years!

Where do I start?

iPad functionality is horrible. Screen will not rotate when selecting views but will rotate when view is up. It is a constant game of rotating the screen from horizontal to portrait. When you are viewing a group of cameras you cant always go back to select other views, you have to close the app and reopen. And a host of other function issues. This is not a step forward but two steps back. For the love of everything good on this earth, please, fix this or just go back to the old app!!!

Zoom in/out is not working on this version but it will work on older one’s.
