If I could ZERO I would

Absolutely trash of an app! Does not work and is so frustrating! Why co-op are using it I have no idea, but I’ll be closing my bank account with them because of it.

Easily the worse app

So bad ive closed the bank account that uses this app as it just fails at every stage. Either auto or manual registration. There was absolutely no testing of this app by the banks procurement team as this would of been thrown at the first stage

Awful app

One of the most convoluted systems I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. You should not have to use this the first time you log into a new, online banking account when you already have a plethora of IDs and numbers to contend with. I wonder if anybody from the Co-op bank has ever used it themselves? It’s a terrible user experience.

Useless

Cannot access my account, and the App just keeps going round in circles asking for the same Customer ID, but then nothing happens - so, so frustrated with this app - it's useless!!
