The Affiliated Dealer App is the best way to access Affiliated accounts when dealers or technicians are in the field – improving customer service while increasing your productivity. The app is the easiest way to put accounts on test, view a live feed of test signals and take an account off test, all in moments and all from your mobile device. Search for customers, view recently accessed accounts and view accounts in alarm or on test. Within any account you can view site information, event history, contact lists, system details, zones and agency information. Our exclusive DocuSign integration enables eContract functionality that lets you get end-user agreements signed directly from the app.
