I could advise as currently I play with alarms systems and alarm.com
Is not the worst but so much improvement can be achieved if coder writers understood what’s needed and project managers could explain and lead the market . By making alarm.com most popular alarm system but they missing so many gigantic opportunities.

Not quite what it needs to be
Being able to check history and reset passwords is great. Replacing existing radios is nice to, but until I can create new accounts from scratch, the app is not what I need it to be. If I still have to use a computer to setup a new customer, why would I keep this app?
