Works okay but keeps snapping arrows to grid
I would have kept using it, but the app’s insistence on snapping arrows to the grid made it impossible to move them the small amount that I needed to.
Does NOT save annotations
Just like a lot of people were saying this app does not save your annotations!!! Either an annotation using the share feature or any annotations you’re trying to save to your photos album. I also paid for the upgraded pro option thinking maybe the app was too busy serving ads to do its job properly. That has no bearing whatsoever on this app to work correctly. This is a huge miss. Until the developer fixes this issue, don't buy.

It no longer saves my work 😖
I can't save my edited work to Apple Photos anymore. After adding text and arrows to a photo, only the original, unmodified image is saved back to Photos. This is wasting my time. I've used this app for two years, and this issue just started. I'm considering deleting it and looking for another markup tool.

Does not markup overlay now
Bought the full version tried markup with arrows when saved its a black photo with just the arrows- this used to work but hasn’t now been updated in years so am now in the process of requesting a refund
Not Saving my Annotations
I have the pro version on the latest version of iOS. The app has full access to photos, it is not saving the annotations, it’s saving the screen shot with nothing added to it.
Annotated Images Not Saved Correctly
When I save the annotated result to Photos, the original image without any annotations is saved instead. Please fix this issue so that the annotated version is saved correctly.
Won’t save annotations
When I try to save or share, it’s always the original unmarked photo with none of my annotations. It worked ONCE and after that, nope. It doesn’t matter how great the tools are if I can’t use it.

The use of things to alter images are not saved. I had to take a screen shot to do so. Feels like a missed opportunity to be better.
Does not work on IOS17
Have been using this app for a couple of years now, have not had any problems until now. But with updated to IOS17 drawing up photos now just give you a black image with what you have edited. There is no way of contact the Developer.

Works Great. Just wish it gave the option of an Opaque background like microsoft paint.
Doesn’t actually save any annotations…
The outline text mode also looks weird, unlike outline text in any other app I’ve ever tried on the iPhone or Mac ever since they were created.
You also can’t apply styles to the arrows, for example to make them thicker, or apply an outline style to them.
The support address doesn’t match the claimed author name. Who actually wrote this thing? Who is providing the support?

Changes are not saved
The application must be updated. It does not save the changes I make to the photos
No longer saves my work to Apple Photos
After spending a considerable amount of time adding text and arrows to a photograph, when I save it back to Apple Photos, none of my work shows up. It just puts the original unmodified photo back into Photos on my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. This is a huge time waster for me. I have been using this app for about two years and this just started happening. It’s so frustrating I’m going to delete it and try another markup tool.

I can’t output an image with edited effects
When I try to output the edited image, it outputs the original image without the edits. Is this a bug? Besides this, I’m ready to give a five star review.

Try it and check out the “network monitor’ widget that for whatever reason awesomely comes free with this app (its old school widget so need to scroll to the bottom of your widgets and hit edit to add) you can choose from 15 different colors/styles , it displays as a live ‘heart rate’ monitor showing your wi fi upload and download activity looks epic! on iPad home-screen. Worse app
I thought this was a good app to annotate and modify if need be. I purchased the Pro and got the same features nothing changed. And cannot get a refund and the support doesn’t exists when you click on it. Beware of Pro edition.
