Horrible App!!
One of the most awful apps in the history of apps! Simply horrible. Users have to simultaneously use the app and website in order for it to function properly…WTH?!?! AND it’s difficult to navigate.
As a healthcare provider, I’m strongly recommending to our enterprise to stop using this antiquated system, and move on to a more user friendly one.

Buggy trash
The app keeps doing a loop stating “A new version is available.” When I tap any button and won’t execute the button function. Never been that good of an app. But now it’s just broken. Been checking for that “new version” update for months to fix this.
Outdated
The Apple version needs an upgrade to the 6.8.1 version.
Easy to use
OK app, easy enough to use. Would love some functionality to see who else was on the schedule for any given shift, but not necessary. Now that iOS 16 is released, I would really appreciate if this app had a widget, like the android counterpart. A widget with my work schedule on my Home Screen would definitely make this a 5 star app.

Launching
By the time the app actually launches and I sign in, I could have driven to work and checked my schedule. So slow!
No Area View
The app itself is great and I love all of the features that are available to me. However, I don’t have an area view button to see who I am on the schedule with. Please update this!
Confusing
Great app to look at my work roster conveniently. However the days don’t correspond to the correct date. The date is correct but it’s matched to the wrong day of the week so gets confusing
What happened developers???
I need this app as I am a per diem employee and every day my shift changes. I understand apps have issues sometimes and you delete and reload but TODAY.... oooohhhh the frustration I’ve had today!!!! Seriously, I understand that things need to be updated but now I can’t even log in to the server let alone the app to see my schedule and I get the white square of death stating that the server is not available. My company has 18,000 + employees and we rely on apps for scheduling. Please for the love of all that is holy fix this nonsense!!!

Not allowing log in
I’ve had this app for a couple years and it has worked wonderful until about a week ago. It won’t let you log in, it took forever to reset password. Then once reset and you’ve logged in it just takes you back to home screen and asks you to log in again. Very frustrating
FIX THIS ALREADY!!!!
There isn’t one person in my hospital who reports this app opening without 6 or 7 tries. My brand new iPhone takes 6 sone days not at all. In a time of increased medical need it would be reassuring to know the tools we are using pass at least a mínimum reliability level. FIX YOUR APP. PLEASE!
Why can’t I log in?
Not working on iPhone 8,never had issue on iPhone 5s

App won’t load most of the times. Have to manually force close and open up again a couple of times until it works.
Needs an update!
This app was fine until maybe a couple weeks ago. When I try opening the app it’ll stay in the blue page. It won’t log me in. It hasn’t worked consistently. There are a few times where it works normally but for the most part it won’t work. Please fix this!

Is only showing one week of the schedule at a time and that’s basically all you can do is view. You can’t input anything or request to work or have time off.
