Your online ordering app doesn’t work
I have tried to use the app to order ever since I joined so I could take advantage of ordering online and getting specials and free items for earning points. I have never earned points because I have to sign into the app and it never registers. It keeps looping back to the start. It is so frustration! What a bust!

A bit slow and confusing
The app seems slow. It also does not tell me why exactly I can’t use a reward, just that I can’t after the app suggested it. 😕

Very easy to order pizza
Customizing a pizza is super easy when on other apps I’ve had trouble in the past. I also like that you can add most items straight to the cart without being forced to customize them.
Can't Log In
I have tried 5 times to log on, both on the app and on line. Every try is the same. I'm told my username or password is incorrect, I reset my password (supposedly successfully), and upon trying to log in again I'm told once again that my username or password is incorrect. I tried to create a new account, but was told my email and phone number were all ready in use, try resetting your password! I guess I won't be using any account. Disappointingly bad design or execution.

App not launching after numerous troubleshooting attempts on IOS phone. I restarted phone. Deleted and redownloaded app to no avail.
