Wont even let me login to authenticate my stuff
needs fixing but love it
please update this app regularly because it has bugs that haven’t been allowing me to login to authenticate product

Wish I could give a zero star this app is so lagging and bugged you can tell anti does not care about it. It is all for show.

Bad app.
I mean it does what it’s supposed to do. But it’s poorly optimized, it’s blurry, animations is poorly done. This app looks like it was made by a freshman in high school.
Worst app ever well at least it’s trying to be
The developers, and or the owners of the company care very little about the functionality of this app. You can scan a product tag, which only works some of the times. The results of a scanned tag never come up with photos. Only the unique names of the items given to them by ASSC. The problem is you can never reference these products online in any detail description and especially not photos the app is limited. You’re better off just using the Shop app to pay and referencing your orders and using the tiny thumbnail picture as you will never be able to obtain a picture again. So all in all what do I think the app completely sub-par.

Email login?
The email of my account is not the same I use on any of my social media, sooo I can log in to the website with email and password but not the app? 🤔 I get it, oauth is the easy option but cmon 🙏
Serves its main purpose
What’s the point of having a collections tab if I can’t tap on each one and see what I own in that collection? I’d like to be able to figure out which of my many tags goes with each shirt. Also, why does the history tab not consolidate multiple scans of the same tag, resulting in visual clutter? The animations and graphics are also blurry on my 12 Pro Max. Poorly designed app, but at least it does serve its purpose of validating authenticity.

Looks legit but always empty
Everytime I open the app the startup seems legit but once you try to look at actual clothes there’s nothing there and always says “nothing to see yet”
Needs Major Work
The app is blurry with bad animations to boot. It doesn’t show pictures of the shirt when scanned and just throws the season name and year up. This could be such a cool way to make sure your stuff isn’t fake from any brand but it’s done so poorly. This wasn’t even an after thought, it’s somehow worse.

Terrible company.
Do not buy anything from these piece of junk brand , ordered only one shirt in the beginning of March, it has now been 3 months and they keep sending emails to be patient for another 14-30 days which they repeat saying each time a month passes.Not to mention that they only reply half of the times.Spend your money on a serious brand who respects their customers, not these clowns.

The app is pixelated and you need a better dev partner. Also your T-shirt quality is trash. Scratchy as hell and see-through.
