Unreliable and slow
Provided a COA to a shady seller. Seller sent an inauthentic item. Writer paid company for a re-examine. Now they are ignoring and dragging their feet. Completely unprofessional. Look somewhere else to authenticate you items.
Fake bag authenticated
I had ordered a bag off tiktok shop and it was authenticated by Legitmark. There were like 2 notes from Legitmark and was approved. I showed a friend of mine and she said it might be a fake bag so i brought it in store at the RealReal and it was fake. Luckily i could return it.

Horrible with responding in a timely manner. 1 response per day in a 24 hour time frame. They also don’t give you example photos of how the pictures should be taken. For example, the Jordan 4 size tag is on the inside ankle portion of the shoe which is almost impossible to get a photo of without bending and creasing the shoe up. I have still yet to get a response on how to properly take the photo for them. They just reject the photo submission (which they have done 3 times now). At first they rejected just 3 photos… after 3 attempts they turned around and rejected 5?????? TRASH.
