Fake bag authenticated
I had ordered a bag off tiktok shop and it was authenticated by Legitmark. There were like 2 notes from Legitmark and was approved. I showed a friend of mine and she said it might be a fake bag so i brought it in store at the RealReal and it was fake. Luckily i could return it.

Horrible with responding in a timely manner. 1 response per day in a 24 hour time frame. They also don’t give you example photos of how the pictures should be taken. For example, the Jordan 4 size tag is on the inside ankle portion of the shoe which is almost impossible to get a photo of without bending and creasing the shoe up. I have still yet to get a response on how to properly take the photo for them. They just reject the photo submission (which they have done 3 times now). At first they rejected just 3 photos… after 3 attempts they turned around and rejected 5?????? TRASH.

I am a luxury bag reseller and Legitmark is a newer authentication partner with TikTok, in which I sell through live streaming on TT Shop. Within the very first day (in my experience the very first hour of signing up for Legitmark!) I was able to speak directly with the CEO, Jacob. He has been absolutely amazing to work with. His friendliness, quick response time, and customer service has been super surprising and a breath of fresh air!
The quickness and reliability of the authentication service itself has made the process so much easier. I previously used a different authentication provider and I will never go back after using Legitmark. A response for the certificate is usually received within 60 minutes. A very seamless process!

TRAVS CAME OUT FUFU
Had a wierd feeling on these Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low’s - Mocha so to get to the bottom of it I downloaded this app to see if they were legit or not. Even though they didn’t come back legit, I’m impressed that they broke down why they weren’t, and pleased with the turn around time.
Unreliable
They keep denying pairs that I know for sure are authentic because they’re from retail stores. I had to escalate the issue to get it resolved the first time, but doing it every time makes it extremely unreliable. I get it that they’re just regular people and no experts but then they shouldn’t be authenticating sneakers.

Do not use
They use the same excuse for each verification denying authenticity on used pairs. Tested it with a pair bought thru eBay verification that passed theirs, they denied with poor generic excuses. Get more qualified verifiers don’t waste money.
