Time frame
I wish that the certificates would come back in a quicker manner. We use two other authentication forms and sometimes they come back as little as five minutes. There have been times that we have waited hours and hours and hours for the certification.

My go to!
AD is an important part of my small business. As a reseller of preloved luxury bags, I offer a COA from Authentic Detectives with every purchase. I find them to be prompt, reliable and dependable and I am proud work with them to deliver not only great bags but also peace of mind to my customers.

Quick and Reliable
Been using them for almost a year now and has been very helpful! Helps give me peace of mind with items I buy second hand and has helped me dispute things quickly for unauthentic items. Their quickness has helped me tremendously especially when most places give you only 3-7 days to dispute. Highly recommend!
