The app STILL not working
I posted a review here last week. I still have not heard back from customer service after i emailed support. I still cannot log on to the prescription portal on the app. So how is one supposed to get information if the app doesn't work. It says to log on with regular log in. But does not work. And if i click on reset password the email never shows up and customer support is nonexistent. So please advise !!!!

APP NEVER WORKS
This a sad company that I will never suggest or use again!

It says you can pay bill through the app Which you can not do . Then you’re on hold forever. The app also is not the easiest to navigate.
Adding member impossible
My husband has the app but can’t access my info even though it shows my name I understand because of hippa laws but when I downloaded the app it doesn’t recognize me as being insured so very frustrating

How is there anything other than one star? You can’t even sign up on the app. This company is a pure scam.
