Pathetic Algorithm and UX
They claim they have a proprietary technology based on User Preferences but it’s bad. The options are just bad on this app. UX is bad it lags after searches. Avoid at all costs

Great App for NRI’s, I attended the event in person, they have a great format for the event where I got to know a lot of aspects and factors I never considered before when it came to selection of the right life partner. Great experience.😊

Needs a lot of dev work
There’s a lot of issues with the app. Been using for a year and I must say that the app needs a lot of development work. Multiple bugs. Can’t reorder pictures and so many more issues. Considering its a paid subscription, the management needs to look in to this. Great concept for all Maharashtrians but I’m frequently upset with the app.

In the Search feature, it would be great to have a filter of “Expectations” in which you could select “Expected work country”
Right now I am trying to find matches who have selected “Any” or “Canada” in their expectations, but there is no option to filter that..
Be great if you can include this. Greatly valuable to the community. Otherwise the app is really good, thanks very much!

App bug
Incoming messages not visible sometimes
Pay in advance
App ask you to select plan and pay to proceed the registration process. Which is too bad. How could someone pay you without looking the actual app interface .
Filled with bugs
This app is filled with bugs. Search functionality doesn't work. Notification pops up for no reason. Etc etc

Website doesn’t work properly, very slow

You need to improve on application stability and delivery of content basically what we see on the user interface , it is super slow sometimes
Worst customer service
The customer service on this app is seriously bad. They did not act upon or even respond to my multiple complaints about the profiles that I was getting.

The concept of the app in itself is great in terms of finding a match, but the app needs significant improvement in terms of stability.
I have not been able to log in to the app for a while now, and get logged out randomly without my will. The messages and the profiles do not load after, or there is a lot of lag.
Developers need to test out the basic functionality thoroughly to avoid such frustration amongst users.

No response
People don’t respond to request even when contacted multiple times. No applicable matches are forwarded.
Has some bugs, has a good pool of people
So I have been looking for a match on anuroop for the last 2 years in different countries, and I got my marriage fixed recently via this app. The best thing about anuroop is they have genuine women (I can only talk about women, as I was looking for the same) who are seriously looking to settle for marriage. Having tried different apps, having discussed with guy friends, and being a Maharashtrian, I find this app to have a lot of maharashtrian women as compared to dating apps or matrimonial sites.
About the app: There have been many improvements in the last few years in their app, but many times on my iOS I had to kill the app often to have the app working. Also, a few times the chats disappeared, which I feel is a serious bug. Otherwise, it’s good!
