About
Measure your balance. Then improve it.
ANVA Balance turns balance from something you guess at into something you can measure. Paired with the ANVA lumbar sensor — a small wearable worn at the waist — it records how your body moves during seven guided balance activities and reports what it measured.
ANVA is a wellness product. It measures movement. It does not diagnose, treat or predict any medical condition, and it is not a medical device.
MEASURE
The app guides you through each activity and records movement in real time. Most assessments take a few minutes. Every assessment produces one report: an ANVA Score, a Stability Score and Balance Range Control, alongside the movement measures behind them for each of the seven activities.
TRAIN
Real-time sensor feedback lets you practise weight shifting, directional control, movement precision and postural awareness. Build routines from a library of over 100 recorded exercises.
SEE WHAT CHANGED
Progress compares any two assessments and shows what moved and by how much, activity by activity, with a trend you can follow over months. Activities not completed in both are marked not comparable rather than counted as zero.
CAST TO A BIGGER SCREEN
Send cues and targets to a nearby display to follow along more easily.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
ANVA stores no names, dates of birth, addresses or contact details. Each set of results is identified by a generated ANVA ID, and any age or gender you record stays on your device and is never uploaded.
REQUIRES THE ANVA SENSOR
Live assessment needs the ANVA lumbar sensor, available from anvabalance.com. Reports, routines and the exercise library can be used without it.
ANVA Pro adds AI-assisted interpretation that puts the numbers into plain language. Subscriptions are managed at anvabalance.com.
