This app is very helpful because today I wasn’t very happy but it helped me feel much better 😁😁😁😁

iOS 17 Health Integration

Please add Apple Health integration. Would like to export and import the test results to and from Apple Health. Thanks!

Disorders

It really helps me need to have more people download this app

This is a pretty good app

I am not saying this is a problem but the one sad thing is all my answers are,”nearly every day.” But this is a very good app thank you for making this app is stress relief and thank you againπŸ₯°

Test Average

I am not one to review apps on a regular basis. Generally I am testing developer update of IOS and because of that I can’t. I find this App very useful. I think a great new feature to this app would to create a average of the tests results so users can compare there current results to there baseline. I find myself adding up my results to see what my baseline is very frequently. It would be much easier for the app to include a function to do this for people that would like that feature.

Pretty good

I love this app! I do think you should get and hole you do. Not this app is for everyone. For me, it mostly is correct. But I would like them try to give us some ideas of what we could do besides going to a doctor. Overall pretty good!

Response from developer

Hi Lia, thanks for the feedback. Glad that you love the app. Besides going to the doctor, you can also try educating yourself on Anxiety (by clicking the light bulb icon on Results page) or learn CBT techniques by clicking the Self Help button on the same page. Hope it helps!

For children like me and older

It’s a really good app, it tells you what percentage you have for anxiety and stuff, I mean by one of these apps I found out I was suffering from depression which is pretty bad. But I’m surviving! It told me that, I don’t need to worry much in a non-child-understanding way πŸ€£πŸ˜…
It’s really good tho. 5 stars!!

#Get this app

This app has checked if I need help or if I’m healthy

It’s good then eh

U take ur test and get ur score. As u should but the if u want to do self care u need to pay

No help whatsoever

A basic test that then pushes you towards a subscription service or a therapist option that appears to harvest your data. No thanks

History disappeared

I used this to monitor my anxiety over time, but all if a sudden all my history disappeared. This is really frustrating.

Response from developer

Really sorry to hear that. This is the first time we are hearing about this issue. We will look into it right away.

Not working properly

Although good concept the execution is less than inviting. Reason is that β€œTess” the $3.99/month bot fails to launch. Literally, all that comes on screen is the words β€œprocessing” for twenty minutes before I closed app. I though β€œok maybe it got stuck or wouldn’t load for some reason”. So I bought the app monthly charge again but nothing. I was trying out apps to suggest to my mental health clients. Well not this one. It won’t be on the list of suitable apps, sadly. I wanted this to work. So sad.

Response from developer

Hi Tawni, sorry to hear that. We have just tested Tess a number of times and the bot seems to work fine on our end. Could it be an Internet connection problem? perhaps it was slow enough (which is not uncommon nowadays that everybody is online) that it couldn't launch? Please feel free to reach us at baris at mindmatters.com for additional troubleshooting. Sorry again for the inconvenience, please feel free to reach out directly

Need help

What happens if every time it gets higher and worse? I have all the apps and most of them are severe or similar.....

Response from developer

Hi there, if you are getting such results consistently, you should consider talking to a medical professional.

Great, but can’t set reminders

The app now crashes when I attempt to set a reminder notification.

Response from developer

Hi JociePops, sorry that the reminder functionality didn't work for you. We tried but couldn't replicate this problem. Do you mind reaching out to us through Send Feedback button so we can understand & fix the issue?

Good game

Wrong

Ive been diagnosed with severe anxiety twice and it said that it’s unlikely I have anxiety at all

Response from developer

Hi hacktot, thanks for the feedback. We cannot comment on why the results were different than what you expected. However, we would like to let you know that the GAD-7 questionnaire this app is based on is widely used by mental health professionals and is known to have good reliability validated by a large body of scientific research. You can find one example here. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4411061/ We are happy to to provide more info on the reliability and validity of the GAD-7. Please feel free to reach out to us through the feedback option in the app. All the best!

I was okay

But you need to be over 18

Useful for Tracking Anxiety Symptoms

The app's questionnaire and history pages are useful for tracking anxiety symptoms and magnitude over time. I use it weekly, and I probably will continue doing so for years to come. I also really appreciate that the app is compatible with older devices. (I use an iPhone 5c.)

For convenience, I do wish that the history graph could scroll to the side to show past days. Additionally, I hope that future app updates will be able to maintain history data. (The latest update accidentally deleted the history that I had before updating.)

Response from developer

Hi there, thanks so much for the feedback! The history graph is supposed to scroll to the side once the screen fills. Please try again and feel free to email us if you problems with scrolling. You can do that by clicking the send feedback button on the Info page... And sincere apologies for the history deletion. It will not happen again.

Reduction in ease of use.

Overall, this is still a decent app, however I lost my history and the app now makes it less intuitive to find the history, as well as placing additional screens in the way of completing the test.

Response from developer

Hi Mopedimus, thanks for the feedback on ease of use. We will definitely take this into consideration for our next update. On your losing history - did the history of your prior test results actually disappear?
