You’re gonna have to subscribe to see anything...
I can see their point. “We make good games, but you have to subscribe to see them.” Maybe this developer is among the rare few that can actually make a good mobile game. But, on the balance of probability, that’s not the case. So, why would I create a hassle for myself? There are so many other choices that I’m not even going to pretend to play ball with this kind of shenanigan.
Sure, you do get a free trial, but then it’s my responsibility to unsubscribe. No thanks. Not worth the trouble.
At least let me play the game before committing to something. Wouldn’t that say more about the quality of your games?
Developer response update: apparently, you are supposed to be able to skip the sign up and play with out any data entry. Try as I might, I could not get this function to work. I am willing to consider updating whatever is required, but I just don’t see any way to bypass the sign up screen. It’s either not obvious, or not possible with the updates I am running. Sorry. I want to try your game, believe me, I do.
