Underwhelming
Anyday fails to justify its value in an already competitive market. Not only is the overall experience underwhelming, but the presentation itself lacks the polish, creativity, and professionalism I would expect from a paid platform.
The recipes are particularly disappointing. Many feel generic, repetitive, and lacking in originality, almost as though they were AI-generated or pulled from widely available online sources. While I can’t speak to how they were actually created, there is very little that makes them feel exclusive or worth paying for. Similar recipes and information can easily be found online for free. Sweet potatoes for buns is crazy btw!
When compared to Ladder, the difference in quality and execution is noticeable. Ladder feels more thoughtfully developed and offers a more compelling experience, whereas Anyday struggles to establish what makes it worth choosing over its competitors.
Ultimately, Anyday comes across as a product that prioritizes monetizing basic information rather than delivering anything genuinely distinctive

Love the app & in-person events
The app is great! I love that it offers multiple trainers who are clearly highly qualified and experienced. It focus on building healthier habits, with food content, workouts, and so many ways to personalize the experience to fit your needs. I was lucky enough to attend the Austin event, and I loved that it was an opportunity to see the trainers in person and connect with them! And let me tell you, the workouts are SPICY!!! 🌶️🔥 The flow was so good, and you definitely feeel the burn.

Anyday Fitness App Initial Thoughts!
I was so excited about this app and I do love it and will keep using it. There are a few things that stop it from being 5 stars for me. I have to make modifications because of joint issues. I wish there was an option to swap out exercises I can’t do. I’m usually having to leave the app to google an alternative for an exercise I can’t do. I also can’t switch out options on the custom workout section. I also wish there were reformer Pilates options and more express options. Sometimes this mom only has 10-20 minutes and majority of the workouts are 30-40+. There’s enough I love to justify keeping the subscription and making my own modifications but I could see it turning off other users if they weren’t as dedicated to this workout style.

Almost perfect for me!
I really love this app so far. I’ve enjoyed the pilates and barre classes, the recipes I’ve tried are delicious, and I love being able to adjust my schedule in the calendar.
One thing that would make this app more functional for me and probably others is being able to create a custom strength workout without using the generator. I already have a strength workout routine that works for me and I would love to be able to track the weights/reps in the app, however I’m not able to create my exact workout without using the generator and just hoping it spits out the exact workout I want to do (which it hasn’t yet). I think letting users create a workout on their own by picking from available exercises would make the app more functional for users who aren’t beginners or already have routines they enjoy!

Could be better
Downloaded for the free trial. What really frustrated me was the last day of the trial I decided to do a different workout than what was in my plan and every time I closed my phone, the workout progress would not save. I had to keep navigating to the workout I selected and restarting it and re inputting my workout information (weight, reps, etc). This was enough to make me not actually subscribe.
