Can we do it better?
Tiimo, Todoist, Things 3, OmniFocus, Reminder, Google tasks, Microsoft To Do, Tasks, Any.do, Structured, TickTick. I have used them all. They were outdated and all the same but different skin. I need some fresh air, so I abandoned them and chose ReNext’s management goals/dreams.
Poor upgrades to app
I used to use it and recommend it to my patients with memory issues, but lately I hate it. It’s too cumbersome and it drives me crazy that if I just enter a task without a specific time it reminds me immediately after entering the task. If I just entered it, I don’t need to be reminded 10 seconds later.

Outstanding Tool
I use Any.do to keep track of my personal tasks: grocery list, projects around the house, errands, birthdays and special occasion reminders, gift ideas, etc. Essentially if I have to remember to do something I use Any.do!
Mixed
It worked good for me for about a year, but now I will mark a task as completed and the next time I look it will be unmarked.

Simply Effective
I was looking for a to-do list style app and that’s what makes any.do so simple to use but effective. I can use the method I’ve been used to but it builds many features from there. More effective for me than using Google Calendar or Apple Calendar even though both are integrateable
Deletes reminders and details
Works great until you try to use it on both desktop and mobile app— it doesn’t properly sync so you’ll lose reminders. Also, sometimes I’ll set a reminder for a future time/date and a few minutes later, it’ll revert to the current/day/time. The bug that really pushed me to write this review though was that, likely due to some update, ALL of my subtasks for ALL of my reminders that has subtasks are GONE. Absolutely tons of routines and data are completely gone now. Horrible and disappointing.

Good but not AI powered as advertised
This is a pretty good app for keeping yourself organized and working together as a group
However, it’s not as integrated into the Apple ecosystem as I would like, nor does it have the AI capabilities that it’s advertised - or at least I haven’t really discovered any
It needs to have a function that allows you to clear all of your done tasks without having to click the X on each single one of them that’s a little bit annoying

Can’t create events from hp laptop for some odd reason.
Overall the software or app is great. Sometimes the premium version that keeps on catching me or being advertised from any.do is annoying. Anyways. Overall 10-10. But please update this issue but overall it’s not a big thing but annoying a bit. I have previously reviewed. This app but experience the exact same issue. Would love to cooperate or get some sort of help.

Keeps notifying me—of nothing!
This app is a joke. It pops up a notice, I open the app, and—voila! Nothing to see here, folks. All I want is a reminder of a task that’s due because i-Calendar stopped doing anything but giving a tiny beep at 9am. In the last two years I’ve missed several important dates. If I’m not in the room, too bad. With Any.do, I might as well just make myself check my calendar every day in spite of there being possibly 20 events at most I need to attend to on time annually. I want a refund!

Widget is useless
Widget doesn’t update so all you see is the last day that you actually looked at. Insanely useless, shockingly disappointing. Every other calendar app had this feature 10 years ago. Maybe these kids will learn what they’re doing someday.
No ability to move a task between lists
No ability to move a task from one list to another.. i suggest this feature!
Newest update is awful
The latest update destroyed the app. Any time I try to add items to various shopping lists it shows up as a blank checkbox under “other”. I’ve deleted the shopping list, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and it still won’t show the items I’ve added to my list. Not much I can do with an invisible shopping list…

Decent
It’s a decent app. But the visual craft and layout of everything just feels ancient, like it hasn’t been looked at by a designer in 10 years.
The developer response is telling: defensive and clueless. If they cared about minimalism, they wouldn’t have ugly gradients from 2006, poor item spacing across the entire app, poorly chosen and inconsistent icons, and ugly backgrounds with no option of customizing them. If they knew anything about real design, they wouldn’t say “design is subjective”. It looks like it was designed by a second semester design intern.
I don’t have the energy to do a full design crit of the app in an app store review. But this silly developer response was enough for me to stop using the app. They clearly are just coasting at this point and have no desire to make the app better anymore.

Best and most sophisticated productivity app genuinely
i have been using this app for quite a long while. Its the most sophisticated todo productivity app i have seen kudos to any do! Its literally so good with everything! Can’t believe it exists

Can’t even sign in to use
I can’t give you a bad review as I have not used the app. BUT I am trying to sign up as a new account subscriber and I downloaded the app and it’s not letting me get in. I gave all correct info and it says Tried 30 times with different passwords because it keeps saying “uh oh, we are having g trouble signing you up, try again”

Killed my list
Suddenly I have to sign in and sign up? No warning whatsoever. Now my stuff is gone. It was a decent app, but they keep changing it for the worse. Good riddens.
