Getting worse
Used to display real time info most of the time. Recently it is showing info from 15-20minutes prior or not at all. So not very helpful for checking times or location

App is great but occasionally the real time locations are off by a few minutes which can make all the difference.
Best for NSW
Great for tracking trains in NSW, Vic is alright but not as good. You should pay if you are interested in train tracking.
Goat?
Probably the greatest app in existence. Real timing, works across Australia, covers various services. It’s simple but does exactly what it was designed to do.

Nice but little feature request
This app is one of the best ones to track nearby transit vehicles. If we could have a departure indicator screen for all favourite stops it’ll be perfect to be used as a dashboard next to my front door! 😃
Great app but avoid scammers when upgrading
AnyTrip has scammers among its advertisers, and I was a victim. I thought it was a great app and attempted to support it by upgrading. But the Proceed button next to the upgrade notice turned out to be an advertiser banner asking for card details, which I entered. My card was charged three times, up to $60. I got my funds returned but had to cancel my card and deal with reorganising 20 direct debits. It was stressful and time-consuming. I informed the developer, who apologised and reported the scammer advertiser to their advertising provider.

I'd rate it 4 stars, but I believe it could be 5 if you incorporate WA transport into the app. Could you consider adding that feature?

Ok but the subscription needs work
Bought the 12mth subscription so my daughter can save favourites however the subscription doesn’t seem to have worked. But if a waste of money! It’s a good app nonetheless, just wish I could plug in the favourites so my 12yo knows where she is going etc!

What kind of App asks you for credit card details the step after signing up? Also, Chinese developer by the sounds of things so support would be terrible, if any, and don’t trust them with my cc details given recent global hacking incidents.

Best app for tracking specific buses. 1 issue, 1 suggestion
This app is amazing for looking up buses and trains especially rare ones. I’ve only been using this for 2 years and it’s helped a lot with my YouTube channel.
Issue: if I type up a Yutong fleet number they won’t come up and it says “we can’t find your query” so maybe look into that.
Suggestion: Maybe you could somehow fit in a feature where you can use filters on mobile

Country school buses
Please add the pictures to the S124 ect make it easier when tracking school buses kids go if pictures not the numbers
Needs stats for Melbourne
I got the 12 month sub because I thought you would be able to do what was listed. Melbourne had no model numbers or real time tracking. I basically payed for google maps.
Subscribed for 2 years but won’t link to account
I’ve been a subscriber for two years but the app settings show that I am on a “free” account so I am not getting what I’ve paid for. The developer is not responding to my emails and their support web form refuses to submit, so there is no way to contact them to resolve the issue. The a pp was last updated 2 years ago. I highly recommend you don’t subscribe!!

A trainspotter in love
All I can say as a trainspotter is, “where has this been all my life”, anytrip provides the train set number in Melbourne, a life saver when it comes to spotting specific sets such as the new HCMT or the fabled 400m, thank you x1000.
