Worst phone app
I have offer banks an bank app , AOD app is trash , charges don’t show for days , or it will show all charges an a dollar amount left after all clear an pending, an that amount will change for no reason.. I’ve gone from have $600 with everything cleared to $-15 in a hour an money sometimes doesn’t ad up , kind of like money laundering

App needs to be fixed
I have used this app for a good minute now and it’s not working. It’s not letting me login or even see the homepage, even though I have a strong connection it says that there is a connection error and it has been doing this for two days now.
Newest version of app
Why can’t you fix the app to work on ALL versions of smartphones and tablets??? The latest and greatest version isn’t so great if you can’t download it and use!!!! You have made where you have to have the latest and greatest version of these new 5g phones and that’s not right for all of your customers that doesn’t run out and purchase the new smartphones every time one comes out!!! Some people can’t afford to do that!!! So please and I’m asking for a lot of other people as well…fix the app so it goes back to working on older tables and phono!! AOD should want to please their customers or have you even read any of the comments and see how many customers actually have the app?? Really y’all can do better!!!

New Mobile System
The newest mobile system won’t work on Apple iPads because it requires version seventeen or higher which isn’t available from Apple. My iPad uses version fifteen and is up to date so in order to make payments I can’t use my iPad, but have to use my phone which is much smaller and inconvenient. Why couldn’t you install a computer system that works with current iPads instead of requiring a version that isn’t available from Apple. Whatever happened to “the customer is always right”?

The app does not accurately capture pending transactions.
Transfers
The only thing I hate about the APP is you can only transfer money from checking/savings 6 times a month. I feel like I should be able to move my own money around however I like and however many times I like.
