Doesn’t work at all
Downloaded the app and was able to successfully sign in however the app doesn’t display anything. It just says “good afternoon, “ and the rest of the page is blank with no information or anything to interact with whatsoever.
Don’t waste your time starting a claim
A message to the developers:
You cannot offer a password recovery screen that requires a username AND email to be correct without providing a way to recover username.
I had a late night collision with a deer on the highway and used the app to report while I was waiting for help. The claim was never submitted. Now I’m unable to open it at all because I can’t reset the password. Useless.

It DOES work. Read here!!
I hadn’t even tried to use the iPhone app since I didn’t realize there was one. I was on the phone with my broker because I couldn’t get the desktop website to work. Turns out they had my phone number in the wrong field of my profile. After they adjusted my account over the phone, I signed up ON A COMPUTER. Which was recommended by the broker. Then once that was working good, downloaded the app on my phone and logged in. No problems! It’s a pretty basic app... nothing too flashy. But gets the job done well. Allows downloading of pink cards, and a look at your policy, among other things.

Tried numerous times to sign up since it became available. It can’t find my account. Useless waste of time.
